Hamburger Soup Recipe
- Fill up a large pot with hot water and add around 8 or 9 beef flavored bouillon cubes. Turn your burner on medium low.
- Next you want to cut up around 4 to 5 potatoes (you can leave skins on or off) and toss them in.
- Chop up a handful or two of carrots and celery and toss them in
- Add a can of green beans or corn (or both), you can even use peas
- Add two cans of tomato soup (you can substitute with a jar of spaghetti sauce)
- Cut up some cabbage and toss that in
- Brown a pound of ground beef and toss that in
- Add some salt and pepper
Now let it all simmer for a few hours. Once the potatoes and veggies soften up, your soup is ready for eating. Package up the rest and put away in your refrigerator afterwards for some easy leftovers. Pop a bowl of this soup in for a quick snack or for tomorrow’s lunch.
