Adsense Revenue-Sharing WebSites: A trustworthy Home Business?

Written by home-based-business on November 16th, 2009

Adsense revenue-sharing sites may have caught your attention if you’re looking for ways to generate an income from your home.  And what are they?  Basically, Adsense revenue-sharing sites are networks where you can earn money from Adsense clicks, (the little ads that appear on a website).  To benefit both the network and you, the ads get rotated a certain number of times.  HubPages is an example, where the clicks it gets gives you credit 60% of the time.  They get credit 40 percent of the time.

It is easy to see the advantages of this deal.  Since everything is taken care of in the Adsense revenue-sharing network you don’t have to manage your own website.  So you are free from having to concern yourself with things like Web Design, which can be a relief if you don’t have experience with such things.

Secondly, you get some link-building power from Google.  Once you start building on the network, it becomes important,as it helps to determine whether your Web pages are going to be seen.  If you were to do everything yourself, you would have to be a SEO genius to get your site ranked.  This is in dissimilarity to Adsense revenue-sharing websites, which typically by now have the SEO taken care of.

However, do these advantages mean that Adsense revenue-sharing sites are a good model for home businesses?  It depends on what you’re looking for.  Adsense revenue-sharing networks work wonders because everything is already provided for you, if you want the ability to build a quick SEO site.  The best option of maximizing one’s Adsense income is to handle it yourself.  Why?  If you want the ability to keep all your content in one place you can’t do that with Adsense sites.  Using Adsense revenue-sharing sites, the editors decide if your content is really worthy.  No matter how much work you do, if it’s not, it gets deleted.

Also, if you act alone then you get to retain any money you make.  This isn’t the case when you’re using income share websites powered by adsense because you’re losing a share of the income to the provider.  This can get to be very annoying once you start earning hundreds of dollars.

To end, sites that use Adsence revenue-sharing simply aren’t a consistent method to make money at home.  Ofcourse, what you gain in the convenience of someone else taking care of a website for you, you also lose in control.  And when it comes to Adsense, it’s this element of control that gives you the most money and security.
